A 2-hour School Holiday Program designed for 5-8 year olds.
Kids boost wellbeing, release energy, find calm in the chaos, ignite creativity, and build mindfulness and connections. It’s a fun mix of yoga, games, relaxation, music, movement and art, all bundled together in a nurturing environment.
